However, if you receive any damaged pieces, we have a damage replacement and credit policy to promptly address the issue. Customers must complete the damage claim form included with their shipment and submit it along with clear photographs of the damaged items. This documentation allows us to verify the damage and process either a replacement or credit efficiently. We recommend contacting us as soon as you identify the issue to facilitate a smooth resolution. To achieve this, most orders are shipped complete rather than in multiple shipments, helping to minimize shipping fees. We primarily use FedEx Ground for reliable and cost-effective delivery across the U.S. Additionally, we are actively exploring the option of adding FedEx Freight services to better accommodate larger or bulk orders in the near future. Effective May 1, 2026, here’s how our shipping charges are structured to help you plan your orders: If your order totals $600.00 or more, you qualify for FREE shipping—an incredible way to maximize your investment in quality U.S.-made bisque. For orders between $401.00 and $599.00, shipping is a flat $99.98. If your order is from $301.00 to $400.00, the shipping cost is $89.98. For smaller orders totaling $201.00 to $300.00, shipping is $64.98. For orders $101 to $201 shipping is $44.98. For orders $100 or less shipping is $26.98. We designed this tiered shipping pricing to ensure you get the best value when sourcing wholesale ceramic bisque for your paint-your-own pottery studio or business. Always feel confident ordering with American Bisque—we deliver premium products with dependable shipping costs that make your creative journey smooth and cost-effective!

A: At American Bisque, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wholesale ceramic bisque orders! If you receive an item that was wrongly shipped or is defective, we will gladly pay the return shipping charges and offer you the choice of a credit to your original form of payment or a replacement product. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs, and a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Please note that special order items are not returnable under any circumstances. Locally purchased slip is non-refundable.
